Michele's journey began as a nail technician and educator for CND, eventually leading her to open her first nail salon, Digits, in the early '90s. After 18 successful years, she expanded her repertoire to include hair services. Michele's commitment to continuous improvement led her to attend Penrose Academy in 2011, where she graduated at the top of her class. In 2012, the first Jayneebell Salon location opened at Scottsdale and Shea, marking the beginning of a thriving decade. Following a successful 10-year run, Michele introduced Jayneebell, The Salon and Spa at Revel communities in 2022.
